We utilise a simple pricing structure: £8 per user per month
We can provide direct access to engineering support, a 1 hour response time to remote support incidents, a 6 hour response time to on-site support incidents, remote monitoring of servers and client PCs including active monitoring of disk space, status of Microsoft Updates, Antivirus Protection, Windows Firewall etc.
If you have in-house servers, we will monitor backup status and perform routine maintenance such as installation of Microsoft Updates, out of hours rebooting of servers, check the status of vital services such as DHCP, DNS, Active Directory etc. This proactive approach allows us to resolve problems before they cause downtime and interruption to your business.
